Established in 1976, PG
Enterprises sells and services previously owned
semiconductor equipment. We specialize in the repairs, retrofits, upgrades,
modification and maintenance of manual ball bonders, wedge bonders, die
bonders, pick & place, pull testers and mask aligners.
Our chief service engineer,
George Garcia, has been involved in this industry since 1966. As
a maintenance technician at
Teledyne Electronic
Technologies, George was responsible for the service and repair
of ball bonders, wedge bonders, die bonders, mask aligners, pull testers,
evaporators, lasers, ovens, leak detectors, gap welders, cap welders, belt
furnaces, and scribers.
George was a field service
engineer for
Kulicke & Soffa Industries
for nine years where he also held training sessions on how to wire bond in the
field.
